摘　　要：本文在全面回顾我国开发区和河北沿海开发区发展历程的基础上,从政策支持、技术创新、对外开放、产学研结合、发展旅游文化产业等多角度提出促进河北沿海开发区协同发展的思路与对策。Based on a comprehensive review of the development process of national development zones and development zones of coastal areas in Hebei Province, the paper puts forward ideas and countermeasures from the perspectives of policy support, technological innovation, opening to the outside world, production-study-research combination, promoting tourism and cultural industry for the collaborative development of the development zones of coastal areas in Hebei Province.
