摘　　要：文章分析讨论了蒸呢温度、蒸呢工作压力、蒸呢时间、包布张力、压辊压力和通汽方式对BISIO蒸呢机产品质量的影响程度。结果表明:蒸呢时间、包布张力、压辊压力和上机匹数对产品质量和风格影响显著,实际生产时应根据产品质量和风格合理选择蒸呢工作参数。通过研究BISIO蒸呢机蒸呢工艺,解决了高温高压蒸呢工艺产品手感板硬、内外层色差及边中色差较大等问题,开发出了一套适合不同光泽和风格的精纺毛织物蒸呢工艺参数。The influences degree of decating temperature, decating pressure, decating time, wrapped tension, pressure roller pressure and way through steam on product quality of BISIO decating machine were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the influences of decating time, wrapped tension, pressure roller pressure and looming counts on product quality and style were significant. In the actual production, we should reasonably select operating decating parameters according to product quality and style. By studying the process decating of BISIO decating machine, the problems of touch panel hard , inside-out color difference and side to side color difference of high temperature and high pressure decating process have solved, and developed a series of decating process parameters suitable for different luster and styles of worsted fabric. The article has provided guidelines for quality percontrol for worsted fabric.
