摘 要:近年来,随着农村经济的发展,农村的能源消耗也越来越大,因此迫切需要在农村提倡生态住宅,虽然国家进行了部分农村生态住宅试点建设,取得了一定的成果,但仍存在着一些不足。该文从平面布局、建筑材料、围护结构等节能角度以及供电、水制取及循环、供暖等能源获取角度出发,对国外"自维持住宅"单体和社区的两个案例与我国农村生态住宅案例进行分析比较,总结出它们的各自特点和设计思路,找出彼此之间在节能和能源获取上的异同点并从中得到启示,以期对我国农村生态住宅的发展提出建议。In recent years, with the development of the rural economy, rural energy consumption is also growing, so there is an urgent need to advocate the rural ecological residence, although the construction part of rural ecological houses gets some results, but still has some shortcomings. In this paper, from the viewpoint of energy savings such as layout, building materials, building enclosure and energy collections such as electricity, water production and circulation and space heating, we can analyze the two cases of autonomous house and community overseas and rural ecological residence in domestic, then summarizes their characteristics, design ideas and finds out similarities and differences between energy conservation and collection, in order to get inspiration and make recommendations to the development of rural ecological residence in China.
