摘  要:以异丙醇为溶剂,氯铂酸为催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应,将聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧基醚和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯甲基醚接枝到聚硅氧烷上,得到聚醚聚硅氧烷类原油破乳剂,较佳合成条件为:n(Si—H)∶n(CC)=1∶1.2,n(环氧基醚)∶n(甲基醚)=3∶1,w(异丙醇)=40%,反应温度100℃,反应时间5h,在此条件下转化率达到92.83%。通过IR和1 H NMR对产物的分子结构进行了表征。用模拟原油乳液在室内对破乳剂进行了评价,在n(环氧基醚)∶n(甲基醚)=3∶1,破乳剂用量120mg/L,脱水温度65℃,脱水时间2.5h条件下,脱水率达到92.63%,自制破乳剂破乳性能优于常用破乳剂SP169和SAE。Polyether polysiloxane demulsifiers for crude oil was synthesizedby grafting polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene epoxy ether and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether on polysiloxane through silicon hydrogen addition reaction with isopropyl alcohol as solvent and chloroplatinic acid as catalyst. The conversion rate could reach 92.83% under the optimum synthetic conditions that n (Si--H) : n (C:C) =1 : 1.2,n(epoxy ether) : n(methyl ether) =3 : 1, isopropyl alcohol accounts for 40% of raw materials, reaction temperature is 100℃ and reaction time is 5 h. The structure was characterized By IR and 1H NMR. Demulsifier was evaluated by simulated crude oil emulsion in the lab. Dehydration ratecould be up to 92.63% when n(epoxy ether): n(methyl ether) =3 : 1, demulsifier dosage was 120 mg/L, dehydration temperature was 65 ℃ and dehydration time was 2.5 h. Comparative experiments prove that demulsification performance of synthesized demulsifier is superior to common demulsifiers SP169 and SAE.
