摘 要:利用等体积浸渍法制备了用于合成苯氨基甲酸甲酯的负载型ZnO-TiO2催化剂,考察了载体对负载型ZnO-TiO2催化剂催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:以SiO2为载体时,ZnO-TiO2/SiO2催化剂上MPC的选择性明显高于以HZSM-5和γ-Al2O3为载体制备的催化剂,当n(苯胺)∶n(DMC)=1∶20,m(催化剂)∶m(DMC)=0.013,反应温度为443K,反应时间为7h时,其对苯胺的转化率为49.9%,MPC的选择性为52.3%;和ZnO-TiO2催化剂相比,ZnO-TiO2/SiO2催化剂对于MPC的选择性也有所提高。采用NH3-TPD、Py-IR、XPS对负载型ZnO-TiO2进行了表征,结果表明负载型ZnO-TiO2催化剂其表面酸强度弱的L酸中心有利于MPC合成。Supported ZnO-TiO2 was prepared by incipient impregnation and used as catalyst in synthesis of methyl N-phenyl carbamate (MPC). The effect of support on the catalytic performance of supported ZnO-TiO2 was investigated. ZnO-TiO2/SiO2 was found to show higher MPC selectivity than ZnO-TiO2/HZSM-5 and ZnO-TiO2/γ-Al2O3. Aniline conversion and MPC selectivity could be 49.9% and 52.3% respectively under conditions that n (aniline) = n(DMC)= 1 = 20, m (catalyst) : m (DMC)=0. 013, reaction temperature was 443 K and reaction time was 7 h. Compared with ZnO- TiO2, MPC selectivity over ZnO-TiO2/SiO2 was also improved. Supported ZnO-TiO2 was characterized by NH3-TPD, Py-IR and XPS. The results suggested that the Lewis acid sites with weaker acid strength on supported ZnO-TiOe catalyst were in favor of MPC synthesis.
