摘 要:考察了国内四种重烷基苯磺酸原料A、B、C、D对合成高碱值合成磺酸钙各种质量指标的影响,从中选出最佳的国内磺酸原料,并将其与国外磺酸原料进行配比来合成高碱值合成磺酸钙。结果表明,使用国内磺酸原料D合成出的产品质量较好;将原料D与国外磺酸原料按质量比9∶1的配比合成出的中碱值合成磺酸钙(T105)的碱值(KOH)可达250.2mg/g,过滤时间为5min,合成出的高碱值合成磺酸钙(T106)的碱值(KOH)可达308.9mg/g,过滤时间为7min。The effects of the four domestic heavy alkylbenzene sulfonic acid raw materials A, B, C and D on the synthesis of over based calcium sulfonate were studied. The optimum domestic sulfonic acid raw material was selected by the experiments. The feasible ratio of it to the foreign sulfonic acid raw material was sought to prepare the over based calcium sulfonate. The result showed that the domestic sulfonic acid raw materials D was the best one and the base number of over based calcium sulfonate T105 could reach 250.2 mg/g when the mass ratio of domestic sulfuric acid D to foreign sulfonic acid was 9:1 and filtering time was 5 rain. The base number of over based calcium sulfonate T106 could reach 308.9 mg/g when filtering time was 7 min.
