舒筋通络、活血除痹方治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒筋通络、活血除痹方加减治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将79例神经根型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分为2组,观察组42例应用自拟舒筋通络、活血除痹中药方治疗,对照组37例应用颈舒颗粒治疗,疗程均为10天,比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效及临床症状、体征以及社会心理、生活质量等方面积分的变化。结果:总有效率观察组为95.2%,对照组为83.8%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组在颈背肩肢疼痛、持续时间、上肢麻木、椎旁压痛、臂丛神经牵拉试验以及社会心理、生活质量方面的积分均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋通络、活血除痹方治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病具有显著疗效,值得临床推广。Objective. To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicinal recipe of relaxing tendon and activating collaterals and blood to removing arthralgia for cervical spondylosis patients of nerve root type with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods. Seventy-nine cases of patients with nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups according to the random number. Forty-two patients in the observation group were given the decoction of Chinese medicine with the actions of relaxing tendon and activating collaterals and blood to removing arthralgia, and 37 patients in the control group received Jingshu granule. The treatment course lasted for 10 days. Clinical effect was evaluated, and the scores of clinical symptoms and signs, social psychology, and quality of life were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results- The total effective rate was 95.2% in the observation group, and was 83.8% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. The pain in the nape and shoulder, pain duration, upper limb numbness, paraspinal tenderness, brachial plexus distraction test, and the scores of social psychology and quality of life in the observation group were much improved as compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Chinese medicinal recipe of relaxing tendon and activating collaterals and blood to removing arthralgia has certain effect for cervical spondylosis patients of nerve root type with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, and is worth of being popularized.
