妇科千金片联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗慢性宫颈炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妇科千金片联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将86例慢性宫颈炎患者依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组用复方甲硝唑栓,阴道给药;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予妇科千金片口服,疗程均为2周。观察临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果:对照组总有效率72.1%,观察组总有效率90.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为5.1%,对照组复发率为24.2%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科千金片联合复方甲硝唑栓治疗慢性宫颈炎临床疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with compound metronidazole suppository for the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： Eighty-six patients with chronic cervicitis were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, 43 cases in each group. The control group received compound metronidazole suppository by vaginal application, and the observation group received Fuke Qianjin tablets based on the therapy of the control group. The treatment lasted two weeks. Results： The total efficiency was 72.1% in the control groups and was 90.7% in the observation group, the difference being significant（P 〈0.05）. The recurrence rate was 5.1% in the observation group, and was 24.2% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with compound metronidazole suppository has certain clinical efficacy and less adverse reaction for the treatment of chronic cervicitis.
