摘 要:绝缘子带电水冲洗具有污秽清洗彻底、冲洗效率高、不停电作业、对生产运行影响小等优点,在110和220 kV等级系统已经普遍开展,然而还没有开展500 kV输电设备带电水冲洗。为此,进行了500kV输电线路单串污秽绝缘子在b、c、d、e四种污秽等级下的带电水冲洗试验,比较了一冲四回和一冲六回冲洗方法,测量了500 kV输电线路绝缘子串带电水冲洗泄漏电流波形,统计了泄漏电流最大值、基波幅值等特征值。试验结果表明:500 kV输电线路绝缘子带电水冲洗存在泄漏电流突增现象,两种冲洗方法泄漏电流基波幅值最大值均小于6 mA,一冲六回冲洗泄漏电流基波幅值均比一冲四回小。在安全距离、水电阻率及有效控制喷嘴散射范围等措施下,500 kV输电线路单串绝缘子串带电水冲洗是安全的。Hot washing is one of the widely used measures preventing pollution flashover for its advantages of high washing efficiency, needlessness of power-off and low-cost. 110 and 220 kV hot washing has launched while 500 kV hot washing hasn’t conducted. 500kV transmission line hot washing test of single-string artificially polluted insulators was progressed at b, c, d, e four contamination degrees. Four-cycle and six-cycle hot washing method were compared. Leakage current (LC) waveform characteristics and impact of surface contamination degree on LC were compared, including statistical LC maximum value, fundamental amplitude, etc.. Test results show that there is LC amplitude sudden-rise phenomenon in hot washing process in upper section of insulator string. LC fundamental amplitude of the two methods are less than 6 mA, while six-cycle hot washing method is more less than that of four-cycle.500 kV transmission line single-string insulators hot washing is safe, when safety distance, water resistivity and effective spray range are controlled.
