摘 要:目的通过与罗氏菌型鉴定法和BD960菌型鉴定法的比较,判断三磷酸腺苷(Adenosine triphosphate,ATP)发光法在实际运用过程中的可行性。方法运用三种鉴定方法同时对69例临床菌株进行检测,并对结果进行比较,分析ATP发光法的优缺点。结果 1ATP发光法的准确率为98.6%(68/69),与BD960法相同,比罗氏法的95.7%(66/69)略高;2ATP发光法的检测时间比罗氏法快了很多,差异有显著性(t=54.94,P<0.001);略快于BD960法,差异无显著性(t=0.003,P=0.957);3ATP发光法检测只需要一台小型的Hygiena PI-102检测仪,价格便宜操作简便,常规实验室均可开展。结论 ATP发光法鉴定非结核分枝杆菌快速简便、准确率高且成本低,在减少非结核分枝杆菌感染患者的误诊和误治中一定能起到关键性作用。【Objective】To explore the the feasibility of ATP bioluminescence assay comparing with L-J method and BD960 method.【Methods】 69 clinical isolates were detected with three methods and the advantages and disadvantages of ATP bioluminescence assay method were detected and analyzed. 【Results】1The accuracy rate of ATP bioluminescence assay and BD960 method were both 98.6%(68/69), slightly higher than L-J method's 95.7%(66/69). 2The average reporting time of ATP bioluminescence assay was shorter than L-J method and had statistically significant difference(t =54.94, P〈 0.001), slightly faster than BD960 method but had no statistically significant difference(t =0.003, P =0.957). 3ATP bioluminescence assay required only a small HygienaPI-102 detector, cheaper and more convenient, can be carried out in the laboratory. 【Conclusions】ATP bioluminescence assay for the identification of non-tuberculous mycobacterial was quick and easy, it also had high accuracy and low cost. This method would play a key role in reducing the misdiagnosis and mistreatment of NTM infection patients.
