摘 要:为研究饲料氨基酸平衡程度对框镜鲤生长和体成分的影响,本试验选取630尾初始体重(53.29±1.64)g的框镜鲤(Cyprinus carp L)为研究对象,随机分成7组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾,饲以7种饲料。用鱼粉为主要蛋白源配制对照组饲料(蛋白质含量为33%),同时在植物蛋白源中添加不同水平的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸配成6种等氮(31%粗蛋白质)等能(17 MJ/kg)的不同氨基酸平衡程度(0.7649、0.7048、0.7220、0.7370、0.7591、0.7780、0.8008)的饲料,饲养8周,结果表明:随着饲料中赖氨酸和蛋氨酸的添加,即随着饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度的增加,各试验组框镜鲤平均增重率显著增加(P<0.05),当饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度增加到0.7591(4组)时,框镜鲤生长率提高35.86%,生长离散降低3.25%;当饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度增加到0.7780(5组)时,框镜鲤的白肌蛋白质显著高于对照组;当饲料必需氨基酸平衡关联度增加到0.7370(3组)时,框镜鲤的白肌脂肪、赖氨酸和必需氨基酸与对照组差异不显著。由此可见,在本试验条件下,当通过饲料中添加赖氨酸和蛋氨酸调节必需氨基酸的平衡关联度为0.7591时,饲料粗蛋白质含量可降低1.56%,降低饲料成本。To investigate the effects of dietary relativity essential amino acids(EAA) balance on growth and body composition of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L),630 Mirror carp (Cyprinus carp L) with (53.29±1.64)g initial weight were randomly divided into 7 groups with 3 replicates of 30 each,which were fed 7 isoenergetic complete diets.Contral diets (33% of crude protein content)were prepared using fish meal as protein source .Different levels of methionine and lysine were added in plant protein sources to formulate 6 isoenergetic (17 MJ/kg)and isonitrogen (31% protein) diets with different EAA balance experimental (0.7649,0.7048,0.7220,0.7370,0.7591,0.7780 and 0.8008 )for a 8-week feeding trial.The results showed that with the increase of dietary Lys,Met and relativity EAA balance,the average weight gain rate of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) in trial groups was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05).When dietary relativity EAA balance increased to 0.7591 (4 groups), growth rate of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L)significantly increased by 35.86%, but the coefficient of weight variation decreased by 3.25%.Protein contents in white muscle of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) were significantly higher than those of the control groups with the increase of dietary relativity EAA balance (0.7780,5 groups) (P 〈 0.05).Compared with the control group,fat,Lys and EAA contents in white muscle of Mirror Carp (Cyprinus carp L) had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), when dietary relativity EAA balance increased to 0.7370 (3 groups).Under the condition of the trail,when dietary relativity EAA balance was 0.7591 ,dieary crude protein content decreased by 1.56% and cost of feed decreased.
