摘　　要：微生物的次级代谢产物在微生物制药领域一直发挥着重要作用。随着基因测序技术的发展,微生物基因组也在不断被解密,并发现了大量的具有潜在生物合成作用的沉默基因,激活这些基因,将会获得许多新颖有用的天然产物。本文将介绍几种激活沉默基因的方法,旨在为微生物制药研究提供新的思路。Microbial secondary metabolites have played an important role in microbial pharmaceutical industry for a long time. With the development of gene sequencing technology, microbial genomes are being decrypted, and abundant silent genes with potential biosynthesis actions have been found. Activation of these genes will contribute to the access to new natural products. Several methods of arousing silent genes were described in this paper to provide new ideas for microbial pharmaceutical research
