摘　　要：组织知识管理国际学术会议(KMO)是知识管理领域具有重要影响力的国际学术年会之一。2012年7月,在西班牙萨拉曼卡举行的第7届KMO会议上,学者们共提交了53篇研究论文。本文通过综述这些会议论文涉及理论、方法与主题,来展示知识管理研究的基本现状和发展趋势,并进一步总结本次会议给国内知识管理研究带来的一些新动向和新启发。International Conference on Knowledge Management in Organizations（KMO） is one of the highest level conference on knowledge management in the world wide. There are 53 full papers presented in the 7th KMO conference held in July 2012 in Salamanca, Spain. The paper reviews these conference papers, focusing on its research theories, methods, and themes, to reveal basic present situation and future research in knowledge management, and also summarizes some enlightenment of the conference to the research of knowledge management in China.
