摘  要:在钝感弹药的设计中,需研究射流冲击起爆问题。由于钝感弹药在设计定型时必须经过射流冲击试验,但目前针对某典型钝感弹药(复合靶板+组合装药)的理论和试验研究较少,又因试验过程复杂、耗资较大、具有危险性,所以应用射流对复合靶板的侵彻理论和Held起爆准则,通过模型简化、理论推导构建了射流冲击起爆某典型钝感弹药的起爆模型,并根据现有弹药的壳体、装药等情况,类比正交试验设计了正交算例,通过较小的计算量对模型进行了分析讨论。结果显示,射流头部起爆能力约正比于某典型钝感弹药壳体与隔爆缓冲层的面密度,且在面密度和厚度之间存在一个最优的结合点,使得射流头部起爆能力的衰减速率最快,另外对于薄壳弹药应以提高炸药的钝感性为主。研究结果与相关试验具有较好的一致性,可为钝感弹药设计提供参考依据。To get the initiation rule of jet impacting on a typical insensitive ammunition, theory of jet penetrating composite target and Held initiating criterion were applied to establish the theoretical model of jet impact initiating the insensitive ammunition. Based on analyzing shell and charge of the ammunition in existence, an orthogonal example was designed and analyzed by analogy with orthogonal tests. The obtained results show that: initiation ability of jet is in direct proportion to the average area density of target, and there is an optimal point between density and thickness of target to make the initiation ability of jet attenuating fastest, furthermore, the improving of ammunition insensitive property mast gives priority to explosive insensitive property. Besides, the results have well consistency with the experimentation and can provide a guidance for the design of insensitive ammunition.
