摘 要:通过对3407工作面顶板弱化前和弱化后的垮落步距与顶板应力特征的数值模拟研究,可知,工作面弱化前,直接顶来压步距12 m,基本顶初次来压步距31.2 m,工作面弱化后,直接顶来压步距7.2 m,基本顶初次来压步距21.6 m,弱化后基本顶初次来压步距明显缩短;爆破弱化后顶板的垂直应力比弱化前的垂直应力增加的快,且弱化后顶板的垂直应力普遍略大于弱化前的顶板垂直应力,弱化后顶煤的破坏程度比弱化前顶煤的破坏程度要高,顶煤能够充分破碎,提高了顶煤的采出率。Through the numerical simulation study of the caving interval before and after weakening top coal and roof stress behaviors of 3407 working face,the results show that the roof weighting step of immediate roof and main roof is 12 m and 31. 2 m before weakening working face,and the weighting step of immediate roof and main roof is 7. 2 m and 21. 6 m after weakening working face; the initial weighting was shortened obviously after weakening. The vertical stress of blasting roof increases faster than the stress before weakening the working face,and generally the vertical stress after weakening the roof is slightly larger than the vertical stress before weakening the working face. The extent of the damage of top coal after weakening the roof is higher than the extent before weakening working face,so that the top coal can be fully broken and the top coal recovery rate can be improved in the end.
