摘　　要：本文将风险管理理论应用于检验缺陷的常规性统计分析,将常见性、规模性问题定义为系统性风险。通过统计检验缺陷数据,分析缺陷产生的原因及后果,初步判断风险为单台隐患或系统性问题,并扩大检验范围验证是否为系统性风险,从而识别系统性风险。最终形成系统性风险防范专题或检验案例专题报告,并提出系统性风险的防范措施及工作建议,消除系统性风险、系统性风险产生的原因以及其潜在的隐患和原因。This paper introduced the theory of risk management; established the system of systematic risk prevention. According to the statistical data of defects, and the causes and consequences of defects, initially estimated the single safety hazard or system problems, and expanded the scope of inspection to verify the systemic risk, so as to identify the system risk, eventually formed the systemic risk prevention special reports or inspection case. And then, the prevention measures and suggestions were put forward, In order to eliminate system risk, potential dangers and causes of system risk.
