摘  要:水冷壁爆管将引起锅炉机组的非计划停运。本文通过对诊断方法的分析,提出了采用专家系统中的正向推理法进行锅炉水冷壁管故障分析。并针对唐山某热电厂266t/h电站锅炉的水冷壁爆管故障,进行了宏观检查、金相检验、厚度和硬度测定等技术分析。结果表明,该炉水冷壁爆管的主要原因是水冷壁磨损导致的管壁减薄。Water wall tube bursting will cause the unscheduled downtime of boiler unit. Through the analysis of the diagnostic method, the fault analysis on the boiler water wall tube by using the forward reasoning in the expert system was first put forward. Aiming at the water wall tube bursting in the 266 t/h power station boiler of a thermal power plant in Tangshan, some technical analysis such as the macro examination, metallographic examination, thickness and hardness measurement has been made. The result shows that the main reason of the water wall bursting is the thinness of tube caused by the water wall tube abrasion.
