布拉酵母菌散剂和蒙脱石散冲剂联合应用治疗婴幼儿腹泻的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨布拉酵母菌散剂和蒙脱石散冲剂联合应用治疗婴幼儿腹泻的效果。方法分析解放军第一七四医院2011年2月～2013年3月收治的60例婴幼儿腹泻病例的临床资料，依据治疗方法不同进行临床分组，常规治疗组（蒙脱石散冲剂治疗组）30例和联合治疗组（蒙脱石散冲剂联合布拉酵母菌散剂治疗组）30例。观察两组腹泻患儿的胃肠道症状评分情况和腹泻患儿的临床疗效情况。结果联合治疗组腹泻患儿大便性状评分[（0．5±0．1）分1、腹痛、腹胀症状评分[（0．6±0．4）分]、排便频率评分[（0．5±0．2）分]均明显优于常规治疗组[（1．2±O．5）、（1．1±0．5）、（1．2±014）分1，差异均有统计学意义（t=7．52、4．28、8．57，均P＜0．05）。联合治疗组腹泻患儿临床治疗总有效率（100．0％）明显高于常规治疗组（73．3％），差异有统计学意义（X^2=30．81，P＜0．05）。结论布拉酵母菌散剂和蒙脱石散冲剂联合应用治疗婴幼儿腹泻临床症状改善明显，疗效良好，值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the effect of infant diarrhea by combined application of Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets and Montmorillonite Powder Granule. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with infant diarrhea in the 174th Hospital of PLA from February 2011 to March 2013 was analyzed, the patients were divided into two groups, conventional treatment group （Montmorillonite Powder Granule treatment group） 30 cases and combination group （Montmoril- lonite Powder Granule and Saccharomyees boulardii Sachets treatment group） 30 cases. The gastrointestinal symptom scores and clinical curative effect of children with diarrhea of two groups were detected. Results The shit character scores [（0.5±0.1） points], abdominal pain abdominal distension symptomscores [（0.6±0.4） points], defecation frequency scores [（0.5±0.2） points] of combination group were better than conventional treatment group [（1.2±0.5）, （1.1±0.5）, （1.2±0.4） points], the differences were all statistically significant （t = 7.52, 4.28, 8.57, all P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of clinical treatment of combination group （100.0%） was better than conventional treatment group （73.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （X ^2=30.81, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of infant diarrhea by combined application of Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets and Montmorillonite Powder Granule is obvious and curative effect is good, which is worthy to be used.
