摘　　要：体外培养保存的关节软骨组织是关节软骨移植材料重要来源。但是由于保存时间偏短的弊端限制了其临床应用。软骨组织从相应的供体取出后如何在体外保存,在保存过程中又有哪些因素影响软骨细胞的存活率是众多学者一直研究的问题。本文从影响体外培养保存软骨组织活性的Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、癌基因、应力、细胞因子、中药等因素入手,系统地分析了影响体外组织培养保存关节软骨活性的因素,以期为软骨保存方法的下一步改良提供参考依据。Articular cartilage of vitro tissue culture preservation is an important source of articular cartilage graft material.However,storage time is too short to apply in clinica.Many scholars have always researched that how to preserve the cartilage removed from the donor and what factors influence the chondrocytes survival during tussue culture in vitro.This article systemically analyzes the factors affecting of preservation activity of tissue culture articular cartilage,including Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,cytokines,oncogenes,stress,chinese medicine and so on.It hopes to provide a good reference for the improvement of cartilage preservation methods.
