水节霉发生地河水中主要有机污染物种类研究

摘　　要：采用液液萃取(LLE)和固相萃取(SPE)2种前处理方法联合提取某河流水节霉高发期发生地断面河水中有机物,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行定性和半定量分析。结果表明,水节霉高发期发生地水样主要有机物种类为92种(峰面积比大于0.07%),主要为有机酸类、酞酸酯类、烃类、有机酸酯类、杂环类、多环芳烃类、酮类、酚类、醇类及未知化合物;峰面积比较高(大于1%)的主要有机物为26种,主要为有机酸类、烃类、酞酸酯类、其他酯类等无毒有机物及未知化合物。说明在水节霉爆发的2月,未造成有毒有机物污染。Two kinds of pretreatment methods, i.e. liquid-liquid extraction （I,I,E） and solid phase extraction （SPE） were used to extract the organics of the river samples from the Leptomitus Lacteus growing places in high-occurred season. GC-MS was then used to analyze the pretreated samples qualitatively and semi-quantitatively. The results showed that 92 kinds of organics, which GC-MS peak area ratio is greater than 0.07%, were detected, and they were organic acids, phthalate esters, hydrocarbon compounds, organic acid esters, heterocyclic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, phenols, alcohols and unknown organics. The content of 26 kinds of organics was high and their GC-MS peak area ratio was higher than 1%. The 26 organics were organic acids, hydrocarbon compounds, phthalate esters, other esters and unknown organics. It was indicated that no toxic organics pollution occurred in the Leptomitus Lacteus growing river reach in February.
