摘　　要：介绍了乡土文化的定义及其内涵特征,结合乡土文化与新农村人居环境设计的关系,分析了乡土文化对新农村人居环境设计的影响作用,阐述了人居环境设计中对乡土物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、生态文化等元素的应用手法,为新农村人居环境设计提供了新思路。This paper introduced the definition and its connotation characteristic of local culture, combining with the relationship of local culture and new rural living environment design, analyzed the influence role of local culture to new rural living settlement environment design, elaborated the application methods of material culture, spiritual culture, system cultural, ecological culture and other elements in living settlement environment design, provided new idea for new rural living environment design.
