摘　　要：简述了企业定额的含义,介绍了编写企业定额应满足的各项要求,并探讨了企业定额与政府定额的区别,分析了企业定额缺失的原因,据此提出了企业定额编制的方法及内容,对提高企业的竞争力和管理水平具有重要意义。The paper indicates the definition of the enterprise quota, introduces all sorts of requirements in compiling enterprise quota, explores the differences between the enterprise and government quotas, analyzes the reasons for the quota losses of enterprises, and points out the methods and contents of the enterprises quota compilation, so as to enhance enterprises’ competitiveness and management.
