摘  要:为研究白果是否具有抗肿瘤作用,实验通过体外培养肝癌BEL7402细胞和胰腺癌PANC-1细胞,采用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)作为阳性对照药,评价白果提取物不同组分对肿瘤细胞生长的作用.在实验中,阳性对照药5-Fu具有较好的抗肿瘤作用,对肝癌BEL7402的IC50值为65.77μg/mL,对胰腺癌PANC-1细胞的IC50值为77.87μg/mL;白果提取物的正丁醇和水相组分能够抑制BEL7402细胞和PANC-1细胞生长,而多糖组分和乙酸乙酯组分有较弱的促进两种细胞生长作用.因此,银杏提取物水相和正丁醇组分对肝癌BEL7402细胞和胰腺癌PANC-1细胞具有抑制作用.To study the antitumor effects of Ginkgo extracts, the experiment cultured liver cancer BEL7402 cells and pancreatic cancer PANC - 1 cells, and tested the anti-tumor effects of different Ginkgo extract components with 5- fluorouracil (5-Fu) as positive drug. In the present study,positive drug 5-Fu has better antitumor effects, IC_50 of BEL7402 cells was 65.77 μg/mL and IC_50 of PANC-1 cells was 77.87 μg/mL, and butanol part and aqueous part of Ginkgo extracts had inhibition effects to BEL7402 cells and PANC-1 cells, while the polysaccharide component and ethyl acetate had a weak role in promoting the growth of two types of cells. Therefore, Ginkgo extracts may have antitumor effects.
