摘　　要：配电网绝缘老化是一个逐渐演变的过程,配电网在发生永久故障前,时常产生大量的瞬时故障,而瞬时故障的发生又伴随着暂态量的出现。在故障发生前对故障进行预警对配电网的供电可靠性至关重要,据此提出一种配电网故障预警模型。该模型通过对母线零序电压的实时监测,在电压超过门槛值时,通过选线系统采用小波包算法进行相位分析选出绝缘老化馈线后,将数据送入预警系统进行分析计算,在馈线老化值超过预警值时发出告警信号,提示运行人员进行巡线检修。对实际工程数据进行验算表明,该模型能实时、有效地监测配电网馈线绝缘状态,达到预警的目的。A distribution network fault warning model based on the real-time monitoring of zero-sequence voltage of bus is proposed. When the voltage exceeds threshold value, a selection system will carry out the phase analysis process using wavelet packet algorithm to determine the insulated aging feeder. After that, the data will be sent into the warning system for analysis and calculation, and the warning signals will be sent to the operators for inspection and maintenance when the feeder aging value exceeds the warning value.
