城市社会背景下的“产城融合”发展问题研究

摘　　要：城市产生时就与产业密切相关,在进一步发展中却出现了城市与产业的隔离与分离,解决不好可能再现城市破产,因此,"产城融合"是"城市社会"时期需要认真研究的新问题与大问题。"产城融合"发展是在城市化进程推进过程中产业与城市相互配合、良性互动,共同推进城市持续健康发展、现代文明进步和广大人民群众提高生活质量。本研究认为,站在城市发展的角度,"产城融合发展"的研究与探索应当从"城市新区与新区产业"、"城市整体与城市产业体系"、"城市与区域产业"等3个层面渐次展开;站在产业发展的角度,"产城融合发展"要强化"以人为本"和"系统经营"观念,在更宽的市场背景中去寻求和选择城市产业发展内容。如此,才能实现城市产业体系优化,推动现代城市文明发展。Urban was closely related with industry since urban formation, and isolation and separation in the process of further devel- opment. The bad solve may make the city bankruptcy, so the research about fusion development of industry and urban is a new and big problem in the urban society period. The fusion development of industry and urban is cooperating and interaction with each other to promote urban sustained and healthy development, modern civilization progress and the more people improving the quality of life. Standing in the perspective of urban development, the research and exploration should he gradually expanded from the “new urban district and new industry”, “the whole city and the urban industrial system” to “urban and regional industry”. Standing in the perspective of industry development, the research should strengthen the “people-oriented” and “system management”, seek and choose the industry development content from a broader market background, to achieve the urban industrial system optimization and pro mote modern urban civilization developing.
