我院前十名中药注射剂的使用情况及对药品比例的影响

摘　　要：目的评价和分析我院金额排名前十名中药注射剂的使用情况,促进中药注射剂的合理使用。方法采用数据统计比较方法对2012年和2013年前十名中药注射剂使用情况,使用金额情况,前十名中药注射剂占药品总收入的比例情况等重要指标进行分析、比较、评价。结果 2013年中药注射剂的用药金额占药品总收入的9.87%,2013年使用金额和使用比例均低于2012年,中药注射剂使用量较大的是心脑血管类药物,占74.39%。结论我院有效的控制了中药注射剂在药品总收入中的比例,促进了中药注射剂的合理使用,但是因为中药注射剂存在的安全隐患,药监部门仍需加大对该剂型的管理力度,保证患者的用药安全。Objective To evaluate and analyze the use of top ten traditional Chinese medicine injections （TCMI） in amount of money,and improve the level of rational administration of drug in our hospital. Methods Compared the important data of the use of top ten TCMI in the year 2012 and 2013, the important index were analyzed, compared, evaluated, such as the amount, the account for the proportion of the total drug revenue, and so on. Results The amount of medication of TCMI accounted for 9.87% of total drug revenue in 2013, and the use of amount and proportion were lower than that in 2012. TCMI using a larger volume of cardiovascular drugs accounted for 74.39%. Conclusion The proportion of TCMI total drug revenue is effectively controlled, and the rational use of TCMI is promoted. But TCMI have safety problems, the Pharmacy Department should strengthen the supervision to ensure the safety of patients.
