达立通联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的效果

摘　　要：目的观察达立通颗粒联合硫辛酸注射液治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）的临床效果。方法将2011年3月~2014年3月在恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院诊断为DGP的96例患者按随机数字法分为A、B、C三组。A组给予达立通颗粒6 g,3次/d,冲水服;B组给予生理盐水250 mL＋硫辛酸注射液0.6 g静脉滴注;C组联合A、B组的治疗方法。每组疗程为3周。每组患者治疗前后均进行胃电图测定,并对治疗前后主要症状、体征评分进行比较。结果经过为期3周的治疗,其中A组总有效率为68.8%,B组总有效率为40.6%,C组总有效率为84.4%,三组之间两两比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经过治疗后,三组胃动过缓率均较前下降,其中以C组下降显著,其与A组及B组相比,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组治疗后症状学评分及胃动过缓率显著低于B组,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论达立通颗粒联合硫辛酸注射液治疗能促进DGP患者胃蠕动,显著改善患者胃动力,减轻临床症状,临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dalitong Granule and Thioctic Acid Injection for treating of diabetic gastroparesis （DGP）. Methods 96 cases of patients diagnosed as DGP in the Central Hospital of En- shi Autonomous Prefecture from March 2011 to March 2014 were divided into group A, B, C according to random number table. Group A was treated with Dalitong Grdnule 6 g, three times a day, orally; while group B was treated with normal saline 250 mL ＋ Thioctic Acid Injection 0.6 g, ivgtt; group C was given the therapy of group A combined with group B. The course of each group was 3 weeks. The electrogastrogram was detected before and after treatment for patients of each group. The scores of main clinical symptoms and sign before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment for 3 weeks, the total effective of group A was 68.8%, group B was 40.6%, while group C was 84.4%, the difference was statistically significant among the three groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the symptom scores and the rate of bradygastria in each group decreased compared with before treatment, of which, group C decreased more obviously, which had statistically significant differences compared with group A and B （P 〈 0.05）, the symptom scores and the rate of bradygastria of group A were significantly lower than those of group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dalitong Granule and Thioctic Acid Injection in the treatment of DGP can promote peristole, improve gastric motility, relieve the clinical symptoms. It has a significant clinical effect and deserves clinical promotion.
