摘 要:为了探讨注浆前后隧道结构及周围围岩的力学稳定性变化,根据相似原理,对一单洞隧道进行了隧道注浆加固模型试验。选择合适的试验材料,确定了隧道衬砌模型、围岩材料以及试验中所采用的注浆方法;采用YE2539高速静态应变测试系统、游标卡尺等分别量测了注浆前后隧道结构应变、位移的变化情况。结果表明:隧道的位移变化值与数值模拟结果接近,应变变化规律与数值模拟结果相同,试验方案是合理可行的。In order to research the mechanical stability of the tunnel structure and surrounding rock before and after grouting, a model test about single whole tunnel grouting reinforcement technology was designed according to the similarity principle. Choosing the right test materials, the tunnel lining model and the surrounding rock materials, the method of grouting adopted in test were determined. The displacement and strain status of tunnel structure before and after grouting were measured by using the YE2539 high-speed static strain testing system and calipers. The results show that the displacement variation value and the strain variation law are close to the numerical simulation result, which demonstrates that the test scheme is reasona- ble and feasible.
