摘 要:用沥青3大技术指标试验研究水泥和橡胶粉同时作为改性剂对沥青性能的影响;用马歇尔试验确定最佳沥青用量,用车辙试验和弯曲蠕变试验对沥青混合料高温性能进行评价,并分析了改性机理。研究表明:橡胶粉增强了沥青与集料的黏结性能;水泥起到抗剥落剂的作用,增强了集料间的锁嵌作用;水泥掺量1.5%时水泥橡胶综合改性沥青混合料比基质沥青混合料,动稳定度提高了3倍左右,40℃-15N蠕变柔量降低了22.89%,适宜用在高温重载交通地区铺筑优良沥青路面。Bitumen three technical indicators tests were used to research the impact of modifiers which used both cement and rubber powder on the asphalt performance. Marshall test was used to determine the optimal asphalt content; the rutting test and bending creep test were used to evaluate the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture. Furthermore, the modifi- cation mechanisms were analyzed. The study shows that: the rubber powder enhances the bonding properties between asphalt and aggregate; the cement worked as anti-stripping agent enhances the locking embedding influence between mineral aggregates. Compared with matrix asphalt mixes, the dynamic stability of the cement-rubber modified asphalt mixture increases by three times and the creep compliance under the condition of 40℃ -15 N decreases by 22.89% , when the cement content is 1.5%. This cement-rubber modified asphalt mixture is adapted at high temperature and heavy traffic areas to pave excellent asphalt pavement.
