摘 要:利用大型有限元软件ABAQUS建立了缠绕式等静压机工作缸组合式密封结构的有限元分析模型,对密封结构的工作过程按实际工况进行了数值模拟,重点分析了组合式密封结构中V形橡胶圈和三角金属环的应力分布规律以及密封结构密封面处接触应力随压力载荷变化的规律。得出了在不同工作载荷状态下橡胶圈和三角金属环的等效Mises应力值,以及密封面上接触应力随工作载荷的变化情况,并证实了密封结构各部件满足材料强度要求,且能够满足实际密封要求。The finite element model of the combined seal structure of the working cylinder of winding isostatic pressing machine was established by ABAQUS. According to the actual conditions, the working process of the seal structure was simulated numerically. The stress distribution rule of V-shaped rubber ring and triangular metal ring of the combined seal structure was focused. Meanwhile, the rule of contact stresses of sealing stLrface changing with the pressure load was also mainly analyzed. The Mises equivalent stress values of rubber ring and triangular metal ring in different working load conditions were obtained, the rule of contact stress of sealing surface changing with the work load was also obtained. It was confirmed that the components of the seal structure can meet the strength requirements of the materials, which could satisfy the actual sealing requirements.
