摘　　要：目的对慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系之慢性肾功能衰竭量表QLICD-CRF的效度进行分析评价。方法164名确诊为慢性肾功能衰竭患者填写QLICD-CRF量表及SF-36量表,采用专家评价法分析内容效度,条目维度相关性分析和探索性因子分析法进行结构效度分析,以SF-36为校标计算效标效度。结果各条目可反映和覆盖量表理论框架;各领域及其所属条目的相关系数多数都较高;特异模块因子分析累积方差贡献率为57.36%,提取的3个公因子反映了其3个侧面;以SF-36量表为校标,基本上都是相同和相似领域相关系数大于不同和不相似领域的相关系数。结论QLICD-CRF量表具有较好的效度,可以作为慢性肾功能衰竭患者生命质量的测评工具。Objective To evaluate the validity of quality of life instruments for chronic diseases-chronic renal failure scale（QLICD-CRF）. Methods The QLICD-CRF and SF-36 were filled out by 164 patients with CRF. The content validity was evaluated by expert counseling; construct validity was analyzed by item-dimension correlation and exploratory factor analyses; and criterion-related validity was calculated with SF-36 as external criterion. Results All items covered and reflected the conceptual framework of the scale; almost all of the correlation coefficients between each item and domain were higher; Cumulative variance contribution of factor analysis on the specific modules was 57.36%, with 3 extracted principal components reflecting the 3 facets of the module; almost all of the correlations among the same and similar domains of the QLICD-CRF and SF-36 were higher than those among different and non-similar domains. Conclusion The QLICD-CRF has a good validity and can be used to assess the quality of life for CRF patients.
