摘  要:运用有限元方法对4种规格小型H型钢的粗轧过程进行了三维热力耦合数值模拟,详细介绍了有限元模型和模拟参数设置。在数值模拟结果的基础上,分析了小型H型钢各道次稳定轧制阶段的孔型填充状况、有效塑性应变和翼缘宽展规律。根据推导的小型H型钢斜配孔型翼缘宽展公式计算了各道次翼缘高度解析结果,并将翼缘高度解析结果、数值模拟结果和实测结果进行了对比,规律性吻合较好。3Dthermo-mechanical coupled simulation of rough rolling process for four kinds of small size H-beam was accomplished by FEM method.The finite element model and parameter setting were introduced in detail.Then based on simulation results,groove filling degree,effective plastic strain and flange spread law of each pass stable rolling stage for small size H-beam were analyzed.According to flange spread formula of oblique groove for small size H-beam,analytical results of flange height for each pass were obtained.In addition,analytical results,simulation results and measured results of flange height were compared,and the regularity was in good agreement.
