栀子柏皮汤化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的阐明栀子柏皮汤(栀子,黄柏,炙甘草)的药效作用物质基础。方法运用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为:栀子苷(1),栀子酸(2),山栀苷甲酯(3),去乙酰车前草酸甲酯(4),芦丁(5),槲皮素(6),甘草苷(7),巴马汀(8),药根碱(9),小檗碱(10),甘草酸(11),甘草次酸(12),熊果酸(13),绿原酸(14)。结论所得化合物均为首次从该复方中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from Zhizi Baipi Decoction（Gardenia jasminoides,Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Glycyrrhizae）. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from on reverse phase semi-preparation HPLC and sephadex LH-20 gel columns,and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis（1H-NMR,13C-NMR）.Results 14 compounds were isolated and identified as Gardenoside（1）,Geniposidic acid（2）,Shanzhiside methyl ester（3）,Desacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester（4）,Rutin（5）,Quercetin（6）,Liquiritin（7）,Palmatine（8）,Jatrorrhizine（9）,Berberine（10）,Glycyrrhizic acid（11）,Enoxolone（12）,Ursolic acid（13）,Chlorogenic acid（14）. Conclusion Compounds1-14 were isolated from Zhizi Baipi Decoction for the first time.
