摘　　要：目的研究龙血竭不同提取部位对链脲佐菌素性高血糖模型小鼠血糖水平的影响。方法分别制备龙血竭石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取部位,研究不同提取部位对链脲佐菌素性高血糖模型小鼠血糖、血脂水平及骨骼肌葡萄糖转运蛋白4(GLUT4)mRNA表达的影响。结果龙血竭氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位能降低链脲佐菌素性高血糖小鼠空腹血糖水平,乙酸乙酯部位可上调模型小鼠GLUT4mRNA表达。结论龙血竭氯仿部位和乙酸乙酯部位具有降血糖功效。Objective To study the effect of different extraction parts of dragon＇s blood on blood glucose levels of diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin. Methods To prepare petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate extract of dragon＇s blood,study the influence of different extracts on blood glucose levels,blood lipid levels and skeletal muscle glucose transporter 4（ GLUT4） mRNA expression levels of streptozotocin induced diabetic mice. Results The dragon＇s blood chloroform and ethyl acetate extract can reduce fasting blood glucose level of streptozotocin induced diabetic mice,ethyl acetate extract can up-regulate the expression of GLUT4 mRNA in streptozotocin induced diabetic mice. Conclusion Dragon＇s blood chloroform and ethyl acetate extract has the effect of lowering blood sugar.
