烧伤Ⅰ号软膏治疗深Ⅱ度烫伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察烧伤Ⅰ号软膏对兔深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的疗效。方法采用兔深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,随机分为烧伤Ⅰ号软膏治疗实验组和碘伏膏治疗对照组,于伤后不同时间点取材,用羟脯氨酸法检测组织中胶原含量并进行组织学观察,记录创面愈合率、愈合时间、瘢痕形成情况。结果烧伤Ⅰ号软膏可增强胶原合成,促进创面成纤维细胞及毛细血管的增殖;提高创面愈合率,明显缩短愈合时间且无明显瘢痕形成。结论烧伤Ⅰ号软膏具有增强胶原合成、促进创面愈合的作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shao ShangⅠ ointment on wound healing of deep second-degree scald in rabbits. Methods Animal models of deep second-degree scald were established in 24 New Zealand rabbits,which were randomly divided into Shao ShangⅠ ointment treatment group and iodine volts cream treatment control group. Samples of granulation tissues were obtained on different time points after injury to determine the collagen content and carry on the histological observation.Counts of fibroblasts and capillaries and the proportion of wound healing and wound healing time were recorded. Results Shao ShangⅠ ointment can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts and capillaries of the wouds,increase the collagen content of the wounds and the wound healing proportion. In addition,Shao ShangⅠ ointment can reduce the healing time and prevent obvious scar formation. Conclusion Shao ShangⅠ ointment can enhance the collagen synthesis and promote the wound healing.
