摘  要:目的观察白萝卜提取物(Raphanus sativus extract,Ecr)对不完全性肠梗阻(Incomplete intestinal obstruction,IIO)大鼠小肠平滑肌收缩力的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常组、梗阻组、奥曲肽组和Ecr组。回肠末端套环法建立IIO大鼠模型后给药治疗。于第3、7天评定肠道形态损伤,记录小肠上、中、下三段肠平滑肌收缩活动。结果 Ecr组死亡大鼠较少,肠段收缩活力较梗阻组明显提高,第7天肠道损伤较梗阻组减轻(P<0.05);Ecr组小肠收缩波形宽大,图形规则稳定;Ecr组各肠段活力值均高于奥曲肽组(P>0.05),在第7天的频率优于奥曲肽组(P<0.05)。结论 Ecr对IIO大鼠小肠各段均有促进肠蠕动作用,对肠梗阻具有一定的治疗效果,优于奥曲肽。Objective To observe the influence of the Raphanus sativus extract( Ecr) on the intestinal smooth muscle contraction force in rats with incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group( n = 10),obstruction group( n = 18),octreotide group( n = 18) and Ecr group( n = 18). We obstructed the terminal ileum to build the rats model of incomplete intestinal obstruction. After model successes,rats were given octreotide by subcutaneous injection,and the Ecr group were given Ecr( 100 mg/kg body weight) once daily. On the third and seventh day,opened abdominal cavity to evaluate the macroscopic intestinal damages. Three sections of small intestine were put into Tyrode solution respectively to record the tension activities. Results In Ecr group the rats died less and intestinal injury abated compared to obstruction group. The upper intestinal segments: Amplitude and vitality of Ecr group and octreotide group were higher than obstruction group on the third day of treatment( P 0. 01 or P 0. 05),the amplitude and vitality of normal group were significantly higher than the other the three groups on seventh day( P 0. 01). The middle intestinal segments: on the treatment of the third day,Ecr and octreotide were showed higher average amplitude and vitality than the obstruction group( P 0. 01 or P 0. 05). the lower intestinal segments: The amplitude and vitality of Ecr group were significantly increased than obstruction group( P 0. 01) on third and seventh day. The amplitude and vitality on the seventh day were significantly increased than the obstruction group( P 0. 01). Waveform graph of Ecr group was regular and stable. On the seventh day,the frequency of Ecr group were more significant( P 0. 01),and Ecr was better than octreotide( P 0. 05).
