胃炎饮对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜病理形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胃炎饮对胃溃疡模型大鼠胃黏膜病理形态学的影响。方法采用冰醋酸腐蚀法建立实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型,以奥美拉唑为对照,观察胃炎饮对实验性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜病理形态学的影响。结果模型组大鼠可见圆形或椭圆形溃疡,黏膜缺损、坏死、脱落,黏膜层可见炎性细胞浸润,各治疗组大鼠渗出物和坏死物较少,坏死脱落较轻,黏膜层有少量炎细胞浸润。与模型组比较,各用药组溃疡面积均明显缩小(P<0.01或P<0.05);与奥美拉唑阳性对照组比较,胃炎饮高剂量组溃疡面积明显缩小(P<0.05);胃炎饮高剂量组溃疡抑制率高于胃炎饮低剂量组和奥美拉唑阳性对照组。结论胃炎饮可显著改善胃溃疡模型大鼠病理形态学,促进溃疡愈合,提高溃疡愈合率,对胃溃疡具有肯定的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on the gastric mucosa pathomorphology of experimental gastric ulcer in rats. Methods The model of experiment gastric ulcer was made by the corrosion of glacial acetic acid. Compared with Omeprazole,the effect of Weiyanyin on the gastric mucosa pathomorphology of experimental gastric ulcer in rats was observed. Results Compared with model group,the ulcer area of drug group was significant reduced（ P 0. 01 or P 0. 05）; Compared with Omeprazole group,the ulcer area of Weiyanyin high-dose group was significant reduced（ P 0. 05）; The ulcer inhibition rate of Weiyanyin high-dose group was higher than Weiyanyin low-dose group and Omeprazole group. Conclusion Weiyanyin could significantly improve the pathomorphology of rats gastric ulcer model,promote ulcer healing,increase the rate of ulcer healing,and have certain therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.
