解聚复肾宁对糖尿病肾病患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨解聚复肾宁(JJFSN)对DN患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响。方法 120例早期2型DN患者,将其随机分为解聚复肾宁组、厄贝沙坦组、解聚复肾宁+厄贝沙坦组、对照组。每组各30例,12周为1疗程,观察各组治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果解聚复肾宁组治疗后空腹血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白等指标显著好转,血清MMP-9显著升高(P<0.05),血清TIMP-1显著降低(P<0.05)。结论解聚复肾宁可能是通过改善血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平而影响细胞外基质代谢调控系统,延缓DN的进展。Objective To investigate the effects of Jiejufushenning（ JJFSN） on MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 120 patients with early type Ⅱ DN admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into JJFSN group,Irbesartan group,JJFSN and Irbesartan group,and control group,each group had 30 patients,with 12 weeks as a treatment course. The changes of relevant indicators before and after treatment were observed. Results In the JJFSN group,the fasting plasma glucose,urinary albumin excretion rate,serum creatinine,glycos-ylated hemoglobin A1 c and other indicators were significantly improved,the serum levels of MMP-9 were significantly increased（ P 0. 05）,the serum levels of TIMP-1 were significantly reduced（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Jiejufushenning has a strong influence on regulation and control of extracellular matrix metabolism to delay the development of diabetic nephropathy by improving the serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1.
