自拟益脉降脂汤治疗高脂血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益脉降脂汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将120例高脂血症患者按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例,采用自拟益脉降脂汤治疗,每日1剂;对照组60例,只予阿托伐他汀钙片(立普妥)口服治疗。疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后临床疗效及检测血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量水平。结果治疗组和对照组血脂改善疗效总有效率分别为83.3%和86.7%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组及对照组总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量水平均较治疗前显著降低,HDL-C升高(P<0.01),但是治疗组在降低甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇作用较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论益脉降脂汤是有效的降脂调脂药物,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yimai Jiangzhi Decoction in treating hyperlipemia. Methods 120 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in the treatment group the effect of Yimai Jiangzhi Decoction,1 dose daily. 60 cases of the control group,were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets（Li Putuo） oral therapy,treatment for 3 months. We observed the treatment effect and total cholesterol,serum triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. Results the therapeutic effect of total effective rate were 83. 3% and 86. 7%in treatment group and control group,serum lipid,there was significant difference in two groups（P 0. 05）. The treatment group and the control group,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol content decreased significantly at the end of treatment,high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased（P 0. 01）,but the treatment group in reducing triglyceride and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol significantly compared with the control group（P 0. 05）. Conclusion Yimai Jiangzhi Decoction is effective lipid-lowering drugs,it is worthy of popularization and application.
