摘　　要：心脑相关理论是中国古代医家对心和脑相互关系的概括,是中医藏象学说的主要内容。在藏象学说中,心脑虽分属于五脏和奇恒之腑,但其结构与功能之间却存在着密切联系。该文从心脑与神明的关系、心脑与络脉的关系入手,深入探讨和完善"心脑相关"理论的科学内涵,不仅有利于中医基础理论的发展、完善与创新,更有利于临床医师运用该理论指导心脑血管疾病的诊断及治疗。Heart-brain relative theory is a conclusion of the relationship of heart and brain and the main content of the TCM theory of visceral manifestation. Though the heart and brain belongs to the five zang organs and the extraordinary organs respectively according to the viscera-state doctrine,there is a close relationship between their structure and function. This paper aims at adeep discussion and perfection of the scientific intension of the heart-brain relative theory by focusing on ： the relationship of heart-brain and deities,the connection of heart-brain and collaterals. It is not only conductive to the development,perfection and innovation of the basic theory of TCM,but also be beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease by applying it.
