摘　　要：目的探讨从山东平邑引种到重庆地区的金银花药材的产量及质量。方法相同条件种植金银花,统计各地金银花的千蕾重和含水量,采用高效液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。结果引种后的金银花有效成分含量符合药典标准,产量和品质较原产地有所提高。结论山东金银花适合在重庆地区种植,可作为优质金银花资源在重庆地区引种并开发利用。Objective To study the yield and quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos introduced from Shandong Pingyi,planted in Chongqing province. Methods Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were planted in same conditions,and thousand bud weight,water content were counted. The content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Results The content of chemical constituent accorded with the standard of pharmacopoeia,the quality and yield of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was higher significantly. Conclusion Lonicerae Japonicae Flos as a high quality,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos resource was fitted to plant in Chongqing province for future development and utilization.
