摘  要:目的分析主产区丹参药材、饮片中重金属及有害元素含量与等级的关系。方法采用2010版《中国药典》的检测方法,对主产区不同等级丹参药材及饮片中铜、铅、镉、汞、砷含量进行的测定。结果药材中铅含量超过限度要求,按传统丹参药材分级标准,重金属及有害元素含量与传统等级呈反相关,丹参饮片中重金属及有害元素含量均低于对应的药材。结论丹参药材等级的划分方法存在一定的局限性,丹参炮制过程有利于降低重金属及有害元素含量,特别是对砷元素。环境污染对药材铅含量影响较大。Objective To analyze the relevant about content of heavy mental and hazard elements in different grades of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and its slice. Methods The samples were digested with microwave digestion system,the five mental elements were determined according to China Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results The content of Pb in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was higher than limitation requirement. The contents of heavy mental and hazard elements were higher in high grade than in low grade. The contents of heavy mental and hazard elements in slices were less than in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Conclusion-There were limitation in tradition classify criterion. The processing was benefit to decline the contents of 5 metal elements,especially for the As. The environment pollution had a great impact on the Pb content.
