摘　　要：住房信息全国联网对服务民生、领导干部个人事项报告核实、国家税收计征、国家宏观调控、预防和惩治腐败犯罪等具有深远意义。不动产统一登记制度缺失、技术规范不完善、个人信息泄露等因素制约着住房信息全国联网系统推进进程。为确保"十二五"期间实现住房信息全国联网目标的实现,需从建立不动产统一登记制度、统一业务规范和技术标准、合理划控住房信息查询条件、健全行政问责制、分步推进住房信息全国联网等方面加以强化。It is profound significant for housing information nationwide network, it helps services - people＇s livelihood, leading cadres report verifying personal matters, state tax levied, the national macro -control, crime prevention and punishment of corruption. Lack of a unified system of real estate registration, technical specifications imperfect, disclosure of personal information and other factors, it restricts the housing information system to promote the process. To ensure the realization of the goal of a nation- wide network of housing information during the ＂Twelve · Five-Year＂ period, we should establish a unified real property registration system, unify business rules and technical standards, control reasonably housing information query, improve administrative accountability system, Step forward to strengthen nationwide network of housing information.
