摘　　要：以陕西省地震局无人值守台站的运行、维护、管理工作为例,总结运维管理经验,介绍运维管理的改革探索,并对进一步做好无人值守台站的运维工作提出讨论意见。With the examples of the unattended stations in Shaanxi Seismic Network,the experiences of operation and maintenance and management are summarized.The exploration for the station management innovation is introduced.Some suggestions are put forwade for the operating,maintaining and managing of unattended seismograph stations in the future.
