摘  要:目的:优选金盏菊总黄酮的提取工艺,建立金盏菊总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法:以金盏菊总黄酮提取率为指标,通过单因素考察,研究金盏菊总黄酮的最佳提取工艺;并利用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,对10个不同产地以及同一产地不同采收期的金盏菊总黄酮进行含量测定。结果:金盏菊总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶50,提取温度90℃,60%乙醇回流提取1.5 h;10个不同产地的金盏菊总黄酮含量为2.25%-4.78%,平均含量为3.17%;初花期的金盏菊总黄酮含量最高,为3.58%。结论:建立了金盏菊总黄酮含量测定方法,此方法简单、准确、稳定、可靠,可作为金盏菊总黄酮的质量控制。Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total flavones from Calendula officinalis. L and establish its content determination method. Methods: The single factor test were used to optimize extraction technology; Rutin was defined as the standard and UV method was adopted to determine the content of total flavonids of Calendula offwinalis. L from 10 different areas and different harvest time. Results: The results indicted that the optimum extraction process were described as follows: the solid/liquid ratio l g : 50 mL, extracting temperature 90℃, ethanol volume scores 90 %, extracting time 1.5 h ; the content of total flavonids of Calendula officinalis. L from 10 different areas was 2. 25% -4. 78% , averaging 3.17% ; the content of total flavonids is the highest at the beginning of flowering, 3.58%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, stable, reliable and can be used for quality control of Calendula officinalis. L.
