摘　　要：目的:分析敷贴护理对儿童哮喘患者症状和生活质量的影响。方法:将60名哮喘儿童随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组30例患儿实行常规护理,实验组30例患儿在常规护理的基础上再加上敷贴护理。结果:通过实行敷贴护理,2组生活质量指标比较有显著差异,P值均<0.05。结论:敷贴护理干预能明显提高治疗效果控制哮喘症状,对降低哮喘发作频率、提高患儿及家庭的生活质量具有积极作用。Objective： To analyze application care on children with asthma symptoms and quality of life. Methods： 60 asthma children were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group30 cases with routine nursing, the experimental group 30 cases on the basis of conventional nursing care plus application care. Results： Through careful nursing of the sticking, two groups of quality of life index more significant differences, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Application care control asthma symptoms nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect, to reduce the frequency of asthma attack, improve the quality of life of children and family has a positive role.
