摘　　要：从通脉温阳灸的特点、治法分类、治疗特点、作用机理、应用等方面对蔡氏通脉温阳灸进行了论述,认为技术创新是继承和发展传统铺灸的最佳途径,并通过通脉温阳灸的技术分析,进一步佐证了通脉温阳灸法的可行性,为今后通脉温阳灸的技术推广奠定了基础。To discuss the Tong-mai-wen-yang moxibustion of Mr Cai from the characteristics, therapy classification, treatment characteristics, action mechanism, application etc, that technological innovation is the best way to inherit and develop the traditional spreading moxibustion, and by doing the technical analysis of Tong-mai-wen-yang moxibustion, to further prove the feasibility, and lay the foundation for the technology popularized of Tong-mai-wen-yang moxibustion.
