头皮发际区微针疗法对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及载脂蛋白E的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨头皮发际区微针疗法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效。方法:60例VD患者随机分为两组。观测组用头皮发际区微针疗法,对照组用口服药物疗法。用ELISA法捡测血浆中载脂蛋白E(ApoE)的浓度,采用MMSE和ADL量表评定患者的认知功能、社会活动功能及日常生活能力。结果:两组治疗效果比较:观测组和对照组总有效率分别为60.00%和53.33%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观测组和对照组MMSE、ADL量表评分与治疗前自身对照均有明显改善(P<0.01);观测组治疗后的MMSE、ADL量表评分较对照组变化更为显著(P<0.05);两组血浆ApoE水平治疗后较治疗前自身比较均有显著下降(P<0.01);治疗后,观测组血浆ApoE水平与对照组比较,下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:头皮发际区微针疗法对于VD患者具有确切疗效,其治疗机理与降低血浆ApoE含量相关。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of patients with vascular dementia（ VD） treated by Micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp. Methods： 60 cases of VD were divided into two groups. The observation group. was treated by Micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp. The control group was given oral medicine. Before and after treatment,the changes about Apolipoprotein E（ ApoE）,MMSE and ADL rating scale were examined for evaluating patients＇ cognitive function and activities of daily living. Results： The effective rate of observation group（ 60. 00%） was higher than that of control group（ 53. 33%）（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the MMSE and ADL scores in two groups were improved significantly（ P〈0. 01）; the MMSE and ADL scores of observation group were improved better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the ApoE levels in two groups were decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01）; the ApoE levels of observation group were decreased more than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The Micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp is an effective therapy for VD and its therapeutic mechanism may closely related to reducing Apo E levels in blood.
