温针灸任脉穴合生化汤治疗药物流产后宫内组织物残留临床观察  

Acupuncturing with Warm Needle Ren Meridian Point and Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis in the Treatment of Residual of Medical Abortion

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸任脉穴合生化汤治疗药物流产后宫内组织物残留的临床疗效。方法:符合诊断的86例患者随机分为3组,针药组、西药组及中药组,7天后复查超声检查及观察症状判断疗效。结果:针药组的有效率为77.4%,西药组的有效率为51.9%,中药组的有效率为57.1%。针药组与西药组的疗效比较以及针药组与中药组的疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而西药组与中药组的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸任脉穴合生化汤在治疗一定范围内的药物流产后宫内组织物残留有较好的效果。Objective： To observe acupuncturing with warm needle Ren Meridian point combined with decoction for puerperal blood stasis to treat the residual of medical abortion. Methods： 86 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into three groups,the acupuncture and Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese medicine group. After seven days,through ultrasound examanation and symptoms we judged the curative effect. Results： The effective rate respectively was 77. 4%,51. 9% and 57. 1%. The acupuncture and chinese medicine group was compared with western medicine group and the acupuncture and Chinese medicine group was compared with the Chinese medicine group according to the curative effect,the difference had a statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）; Compared with the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,there was no statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： It is better to use the acupuncture with warm needle Ren Meridian point combined with decoction for puerperal blood stasis to trecct a range of residual of medical abortion.
