自血穴位注射对泛发性皮肤瘙痒症患者Th1/Th2免疫偏移的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自血穴位注射对泛发性皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床疗效及其对Th1/Th2免疫偏移的影响。方法:66例患者完全随机分为两组。治疗组33例在口服氯雷他定基础上加用自血穴位注射疗法,对照组33例仅应用基础治疗,即口服氯雷他定,两组疗程均为4周。疗程结束后,观测两组症状变化,采用双抗夹心ELISA法检测两组治疗前后Th1细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2与Th2细胞因子IL-4、IL-10水平变化。结果:治疗后两组症状均有好转,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IFN-γ与IL-2水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后IL-4与IL-10水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且明显高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:自血穴位注射对泛发性皮肤瘙痒症有良好的疗效,可能是通过调节Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,改善了免疫偏移状态而达到治疗目的。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection with self-blood therapy on generalized pruritus and the impact on serum levels of Th1 /Th2 cytokine. Methods： 66 patients with generalized pruritus were equally randomized into two groups. The patients in the treatment group（ 33 cases） were treated by acupoint injection with self-blood therapy on the basis of oral loratadine,and those in the control group（ 33cases） were given oral loratadine,and the treatment in two groups was for 4 weeks. Changes of symptoms and serum levels of Th1 cytokine： IFN-γ,IL-2 and Th2 cytokine： IL-4,IL-10 were observed before and after treatment. Results： The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the treatmeat group were significantly lower after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and they were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly heightened after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and they were higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection with self-blood therapy shows a favorite effect on treating generalized pruritus and it may be achieved by regulating Th1 /Th2 cytokine levels to improve the immune status.
